My purpose in my work is to help others minimize the time they spend in emotional/psychological suffering and/or conflict. I am not about 'fixing' you; you will have an accurate self-perspective and become a more effective manager of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
I have a master's degree in counseling from
Acadia University.
My research continues to be in the area of how we come to think of ourselves the way we do and how that
self-perspective continues to positively or negatively influence our daily living.
We have the same brain from birth and all life's experiences effects us consciously and/or unconsciously.
Whatever the issue that prompted you to call I am confident that I will help you find a way to effectively resolve and/or manage it.
